Spider Original™

Spider Original™

A lot of people ask why we named our original rubber compound after one of the creepiest creatures on the planet. In response, we ask them if they’ve ever seen a cute puppy climb up a completely vertical, soaking wet rock. No? We rest our case.

These tevas fit very well, fully adjustable, light weight allowing feet to breathe with or without socks. They are good for light walking on various surfaces. Due to being light weight sandals they are not intended for serious hillwalking or mountaineering. I found them very comfortable walking across fields, paths and trackways some lowland hills. They have some protection against blistering on the inner straps, but be aware, wearing any footwear without socks can cause blisters.

Overall a very good comfortable light weight sandal.

    Cons

    • Too New To Judge

    Best Uses

Look very similar in style and quality to previous pair which lasted years of occasional but heavy holiday use but still too soon to judge. Breaking them in about the house seems to be going OK but holiday in Turkey for 2 weeks will be acid test in mid June.

I walk a lot, these and other Tiva Sandals are THE most comfortable footware you can buy. This model is more stylish, I would recommend Tiva Toachi for "holiday" wear. 4- 6 mile walks every day, no problems at all, even from new
