I've had these shoes for about 4 months now and have had no problems with them so far. They have worn in really nice and have kept my feet dry numerous times in wet and muddy conditions. I have had no problem with the tread not working, so far so good. I recommend them to anyone who is into outdoor sports/activities. I will definitely be sticking with Teva for future footwear purchases.
