The Teva Zilch is great for running in, I've run off road in them for over an hour many times now and no problems. I like the fact that my feet are out in the open air and not restricted as when wearing running shoes. I will definitely get some more of these.

Comments about Zilch:
I really like the thin sole - it could be even thinner for me. I use my Zilch for everyday wear and I forget that they are on. Straps are comfortable, toe loop works well for me. Best thing is the lightness. I also have a pair of Vibrams Five Fingers which are good but Zilchs let my feet get more air. Great sandal! Will definitely buy again.
