UK Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority and we hope that your order has met your expectations.

Once you've received your order, we ask you to take reasonable care of all the items. If you change your mind about any of the products for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Please note you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to us. All returns must be clean and free of all dirt and debris.

You may return goods and receive an exchange or a full refund (shipping charges are not refundable) provided you have taken reasonable care of them. We consider that this includes that the goods have not been damaged, washed, altered or excessively worn. We recommend that the goods are returned using the Returns Form received with your order. Please note we cannot exchange or refund items of which you have not taken reasonable care. If you wish to return a Teva product purchased anywhere other than this website, you should return the product to the place of its original purchase. Items purchased on line must be returned as outlined below and will not be accepted in stores.

We will process your returned item as quickly as possible and you will be credited within 3 - 10 business days from the day we receive the goods. All refunds will be in the same form as the original payment.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order is received damaged or faulty, please contact Customer Services as soon as reasonably possible. The contact details for Customer Services can be found on our website.

If your order arrived damaged then we will replace it for you as soon as possible at no additional charge.

If you request a refund due to receiving faulty goods, we can arrange for the product to be collected. We will then assess the product and if product is deemed to be faulty then we will refund you in full the value of the product and the original delivery charge.

Please note if the product is assessed not to be faulty, we will refund you the full value of the product but not the original delivery charge.

All Teva products are made to the highest standard using natural and/or recycled products with rigorous quality control checks made throughout the manufacturing process. However due to the natural nature of some of our products some material variations do occur.

There is a one-year express warranty against defective material and/or workmanship that applies from the date of purchase. If you have a warranty claim then please contact Customer Services for support. The contact details for Customer Services can be found on our website. Please note the warranty covers defects caused by manufacturing or the material used. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse. If a problem develops with a product during regular use, please contact Customer Services for further guidance and assistance. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges

Please note we can only process like for like exchanges for a different colour or size of the SAME STYLE.

  • Put the returns form inside of your package with the item(s) to return. Tape the label on the package.
  • Ship your package to us using a trackable form of shipping e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery, Fedex or UPS.
