Expanding upon our line of women's specific light hiking product is the Sky Lake Mid eVent. Unlike many women's boots that are just clunky, sized down versions of men's hiking boots, the sleek Sky Lake Mid eVent was designed from the ground up to fit a woman's foot perfectly. So unless clunky is your thing, why choose between style and performance when you can have both?

Spider 365™
One rubber, huge range of uses. Spider365 Rubber is the spork of our rubber arsenal.
eVent Waterproof Fabrics
What good is a waterproof membrane if it keeps water out, but also makes your feet sweat like a turkey on Thanksgiving? Our eVent® membrane keeps water out and also wicks sweat away from your feet, keeping them dry inside and out.
Shoc Pad™
You wouldn't ride a bike without a seat. The same logic applies for our Shoc Pad™ technology, which will give you a smooth ride without inhibiting your performance.
Mush® Infused Insole
Now we're not necessarily splicing Mush® genes back in the T.I.D.E Lab to build a hybrid mutant insole, but we do have an insole that’s worthy of the Mush name.

Comments about Sky Lake Mid eVent:
This looked like the perfect boot for the Galapagos and later hikes. Sturdy, light, dry. But the size 10B fit like half a size smaller, and I just couldn't get by with it. So I needed the 10-1/2B, right? Wrong! You couldn't provide a 10-1/2, and 11 would be too large, so I'm just out of luck. Too bad. I returned it.

Comments about Sky Lake Mid eVent:
This boot is beyond amazing! I heard great reviews about the boot and knew I had to have a pair for my trip to Norway. My biggest concern was the boot's waterproof ability and I was even shocked with how dry my feet were after hikes. My entire family's feet were soaked through after a 2 hour hike when we got caught in the rain, but my socks weren't even damp! I ended up walking through puddles and streams to help the others keep out of the water and my feet stayed dry the entire time. It was unbelievable!
There was no break-in necessary. I ordered mine a half size bigger and can wear them with moderately thick wool hiking socks with no problems. They are very light weight and have great ankle support. The traction is also very good.
The only problem I've had is with the laces. They kept coming undone even when I double knotted them because the laces are so silky, but it really wasn't a big deal.
I LOVE THESE TEVAS.
